Holistic Health through Nutrition

The way we nourish our bodies and our relationship with food often mirrors aspects of our inner life. By tuning into what is or is not working for our bodies, we can simultaneously begin to address imbalances in other parts of our being. Nutrition is a portal into the bigger picture. I practice holistic health, which means that although nutrition will be our focus, we will also explore the inter-connections between different facets of your life to see how they are impacting your well-being. 
 
During our sessions together, I will offer tailored nutrition and healthy eating recommendations. I will draw on a range of tools including mindfulness practices, food diaries, and looking at belief systems about health, among others, to support you in your wellness goals. Together, we will identify the wellness tools that resonate for you and which contribute most to improving your health and well-being, while embracing the fundamental principle of "let food be thy medicine".

As your dedicated integrative nutrition and health coach, one of my primary objectives is to help you in identifying the obstacles in your nutrition and wellness journey, allow for a safe space to explore these roadblocks, and ultimately release what no longer serves your well-being. I meet my clients precisely where they are at and honor their uniqueness. This is why no two clients receive the same program, making personalized nutrition a key aspect of my approach. Together, we will work on achieving your nutrition and wellness goals step by step at the pace that aligns with your needs and your lifestyle. 

I firmly believe that every being possesses an innate wisdom of knowing what they need to thrive. By tapping into this intuition and fostering a connection with your body, mind and heart, you will be able to find the balance you need for profound transformation. My program is not about following a fad diet or the latest nutrition craze; instead it is about nourishing yourself wholeheartedly, at a deep level. By giving you action oriented tools for healthy living, my intuitive wellness program empowers you to make sustainable lifestyle changes, leaving you feeling more energized and grounded.
