My Training​

My passion for nutrition and wellness was formalized through my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a renowned and comprehensive program in licensed nutrition and health coaching. Throughout the program, I received extensive training in dietary theories, practical lifestyle coaching methods, and a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies from experts in the field.

Why I Started vWellness​

The creation of vWellness arose from my desire to hold a safe and dedicated space for you to:

Life Currently

I live in Santa Fe where you’ll find me engaging in activities such as yoga, dancing, cooking, immersing myself in nature and enjoying quality time with friends and family.

My Journey to Optimal Health

My journey to becoming an integrative nutrition and health coach began when I encountered hormonal depletion, adrenal dysfunction and intense fatigue following the birth of my second child. Amidst my personal healing, my eldest son, just 3 years old at the time, developed an auto-immune condition and was diagnosed with numerous allergies. These were incredibly trying times — there were no shortages of days feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of the path forward.

 

Ultimately, my instinct told me there was more to our bodies’ disease than the temporary solutions and quick fixes we were being offered. As a result, I became an avid researcher in nutrition and health, personally witnessed the power of food as medicine and experienced the holistic benefits of nurturing not just the body, but the entire being.
